Caring for your treats
Sourdough bread / bagels
Homemade sourdough is made fresh without preservatives and best enjoyed within 3 days. store in an airtight container. you can also slice and freeze your sourdough and pull slices out as needed,
Sugar Cookies
Cookies are best if enjoyed within 1 week. you can freeze cookies to preserve freshness. to freeze, place cookies (still in heat sealed bag) in airtight container. to thaw, remove from freezer and allow to come to room temp for approx 6 hours.
Cake Care
store cake in fridge, and let sit on counter for 1 hour before eating. leftovers can be sliced, placed in airtight container and put in freezer.

Can I pay at pickup?
Yes - Just place your order online and select "Pay at Pickup"
Bakeshop Policies
Payment & Booking - Custom Orders
Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your pickup date.
Pickup Details
Pickup is in Falkland. The exact pickup address and instructions will be sent by email 2 days prior to the scheduled pickup date.
Delivery
Delivery may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability and location
Rush Orders
Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice are subject to a rush fee. Rush availability is not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products and the reservation of production time, refunds are available only for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled pickup date.
No-Shows & Late Pickups
If an order is not picked up and no communication is received, the order is non-refundable. Items will be donated to a local cause after 24 hours.
