My name is Racheal, and I’m a graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Okanagan College. I spent 12 months learning the science behind baking and how to create delicious, consistent products. Baking has been a passion of mine for years, and I decided to take the leap to become professionally trained.

With a goal of working for myself, I started Om Nom and set up my micro-bakery in Falkland. I’m excited to offer a wide range of baked goods and pastries to the Okanagan, made fresh and with care.

When I’m not baking, you’ll find me reading, spending time with my husband and our furbabies, or out on the lake paddleboarding whenever I can.
